These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Magnus MMA website and your participation in our programs and services.

Membership

Membership terms, pricing, and policies are provided at the time of enrollment. Members agree to abide by all gym rules and policies as communicated during orientation and as posted in the facility.

Class Participation

All participants in classes and programs do so at their own risk. You acknowledge that martial arts training involves physical activity that carries inherent risk of injury.

Waiver and Release

Before participating in any class or program, you will be required to sign a waiver and release of liability. Failure to sign this waiver will result in denial of participation.

Payments and Refunds

Membership fees are due according to the payment schedule agreed upon at enrollment. Refund and cancellation policies are provided at the time of enrollment.

Website Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our website at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnus MMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
